Wellness Events and Updates

  • Health Screening and Personal Wellness Profiles -REMINDER
    To be eligible for the 2010/11 Wellness Plan Option, interested health plan members had to complete two requirements:
    1) Complete a Personal Wellness Profile (PWP) questionnaire AND
    2) Participate in a health screening event OR
    Obtain health screening data from a personal physician OR
    Submit a Wellness Health Plan Appeal Form.

    There will be no further consideration if one did not meet both requirements for the Wellness Plan Option prior to the deadline date of April 30th, 2010.

  • Live Well - A Nutrition Employee Assistance Program for Boise School District Employees
    Proper nutrition combined with regular physical activity plays a major role in good health and disease prevention. Because no two people are alike, approaches to proper nutrition may vary depending on the person’s health history, health goals and family life. The Nutrition EAP allows employees and their dependents up to 3 nutrition counseling sessions, at no cost, with a St. Alphonsus registered dietitian. All information is kept confidential.
