SafeSchools Training

The Boise School District offers internet-based training in the areas of Sexual Harassment, Cyberbulling, School Violence, Sexual Misconduct: Staff-to-student, FERPA: Confidentiality of Records, Disruptive Student Behavior; Slips, Trips, and Falls; Office Ergonomics; Back Injuries; Special Education and more through SafeSchools Training. This platform also includes online documentation of user completion and is continuously updated with new training materials.

To access the SafeSchools Training Site, please follow these steps:
  1. Go to the SafeSchools Training Site
  2. Enter your username
    1. This will be your 6-digit Employee ID Number
  3. Enter your password
    1. This will be the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number

To access assigned courses, please follow these steps:

  1. Login to the SafeSchools Training Site (see steps above)
  2. Select the course(s) by clicking on the name of the course under Mandatory Training
  3. Complete each of the assigned courses
    1. The courses do contain audio; please be sure you have sound capabilities
    2. You will have the option to print out a Certification of Completion once you complete the course
