Course Description
Open to: Grade 8 One Year Course
Prerequisite: Mathematics 7
Content: Students will review fundamental arithmetic, including addition, subtraction,
multiplication and division of decimals, with emphasis on the structure of
the number system. Elementary algebraic concepts will be introduced and problem
solving strategies and applications will be emphasized.
