• Enrollment Form - This form is being used with our Student Information System as part of the registration process. This system has a very complete and comprehensive means of tracking Census, Family, and Households. The summary of personal and family information will make enrollment much more efficient and help to simplify the registration process for the school, students and parents. The BSD Census/Enrollment Form needs to be completed in its entirety to provide information needed for registration along with any school-specific requirements.

• Transcript submission deadlines - In order for credits to be applied for advancement on the salary schedule, official transcripts must be date stamped in the District's Employment & Benefits Department by:
  • November 1 for retroactive pay to the beginning of the school year
  • November 2 - February 1 pro-rated on the day it is date stamped
  • After February 1 the contract change will not go into effect until the following school year
