This is the image for the news article titled Kindness Symposium Spreads Powerful MessageOn Friday, February 7, 2020, elementary school students worked side by side with high school and junior high students in a unique kindness symposium designed to spark ideas and strategies for students to plan their own random acts of kindness during Kindness Week (February 18-21).   

The symposium and Kindness Week activities are part of Boise Kind, which the District assumed leadership of from the City of Boise earlier this year. 

Boise Kind is a collaborative initiative between community members, business leaders and non-profit organizations aimed at protecting and promoting our community’s core values and ensuring that Boise remains a kind and welcoming city.

Elementary & secondary students in the Borah High School Quadrant participated in the Kindness Symposium.
