Public Notification of Non-Discrimination in Career and Technology Education Programs 

The Independent School District of Boise City #1 offers career and technical education programs in Business Education,  Marketing Education, Health Professions (EMT, Pharmacy Technician, CNA, Dental, Sports Medicine/Athletic Training), Pre-Engineering, Family & Consumer Science (Culinary Arts, Early Childhood Professions, Elementary Teacher Intern), Media Technologies (Photography, Graphic Communications, Broadcasting), Computer Support, Individualized Occupational Training (IOT), Automotive Technology, Residential Construction, Precision Machining, Natural Resources, Apprenticeship (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing), Electronics Technology, Networking Support, Collision Repair, Diesel Technology, Welding and Technology. Admission to these programs is based on interest and aptitude, age appropriateness and class space availability. 

It is the policy of the Independent School District of Boise City #1 not to discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex or disability in its career technical education programs, services or activities as required by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended; Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972; and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended.
