School PerformanceNo Child Left Behind School ReportsIn accordance with the requirements of the federal legislation known as No Child Left Behind (enacted February, 2002), local districts are required to publish report cards for each school and for the district as a whole, incorporating demographic and achievement information. Links to the Boise District report cards are provided below. The report cards provide information in the demographic section about students (percentage of special education and GATE students, English Language Learners, free/reduced lunch qualifiers, and other information), teachers (average years of experience, number who hold master’s degrees, certification information), and building environment (average class size). The achievement section includes reports of scores on the Idaho Standards achievement Test (grades 4, 8, and 10), the Idaho Reading Indicator (grades k-3), Curriculum-Based Measurement (grades 4-6), End of Course Assessments (grades 7-12), and Advanced Placement and ACT/SAT scores (senior high schools). Achievement data are disaggregated (sorted by ethnicity and special groups) where appropriate. If fewer than ten (10) students in any group are represented in the data, scores are not reported for that group. Thank you for your interest in the Boise School District. Please access whichever of the district reports are of interest to you. Questions may be addressed to Dr. Don Coberly, Superintendent, at 208-854-4123, or .
