ATHLETICS

The Boise School District offers many opportunities in athletic programs.  Through the years our district has developed a great reputation around the state for our athletic achievements.  Much of that success in the later grade levels can be attributed to the elementary schools.

At the elementary level the athletic programs offered expose student-athletes to various sports, without a large emphasis being placed on winning.

At Adams I am involved in coaching track & field.  I see my coaching experience as a great way to connect with students in a much different way than as a counselor.  The great deal of personal growth that I see in our student athletes is very encouraging to me, both professionally and personally.
