Miss Melissa Getto has taught second grade at Amity
since 2003.She attended Boise State University and
earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education.Miss
Getto earned her Master’s Degree in Integrated
Teaching Through the Arts from Lesley University in
2006.She enjoys teaching second grade very much and
couldn’t imagine teaching any other grade.
Miss Getto has a super cute puppy named Olive and
they enjoy going for walks every day after school.Miss
Getto also loves to play indoor and outdoor soccer.She
and some of her best friends play a few games every
week.During her few moments of spare time, Miss Getto
enjoys knitting, reading, watching movies and TV, baking
cookies and spending time with her friends and family.
