Welcome!
On
behalf of the executive board of the
Cynthia Mann PTA we would like to welcome you to the Cynthia Mann
Community. The goal of our PTA is to be an active link between
students, teachers and parents at our school. We strive to be
a voice and a resource for parents, an advocate for children,
and
to help support our wonderful school staff. We continue to make
important contributions to enrich each child’s learning experience
at Cynthia Mann by sponsoring assemblies, field trips, supporting
the Accelerated Reader program, purchasing outdoor play equipment
and funding the outdoor classroom area. We have purchased
reference materials for the library, provided additional water
fountains for the school, safety signs for the parking lot and
continue to support the safety patrol program. PTA also sponsors
the Reflections Art Program, the Annual Talent Show and the Back
to School Potluck. We would like to invite you to join us as members of
the PTA. Your membership enhances your opportunity to become
involved with this year’s school programs as well as support the
advocacy of children at the State and National level. We welcome
your attendance at PTA meetings which are held the third Wednesday
of the month at 3:30 p.m. in the Library or Faculty Lounge. If you
would like to contact PTA members individually, please leave a
message at the school office at 854-4680. The PTA officers for
the 2007-2008 school year look forward to working with
you!
