Resource Program
Did
you know we have a special program at Jefferson called the COMMUNITY
RESOURCE PROGRAM? This program is designed to assist elementary
children and their families with emergency needs and is dedicated to
helping children do the best they can in school. This often
requires reducing stress in the family and at home.
Our Community Resource Worker joins
with the family to develop a plan to HELP. The plan can include:

Supportive services
such as short-term counseling
Ø
Community referrals
such as information about free medical care, food banks, and energy
assistance
Ø
Financial help if the
family qualifies
