Barbara Dial received her degree in Deaf Education from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. She taught one year in the Lubbock Public School District, and then at the Regional Day School for the Deaf in San Antonio, Texas for four and a half years. In 1990 her family relocated to Boise, Idaho. She began teaching full time in the Boise Schools program for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing in 1993.

Claudia Jacobson obtained a degree in Speech Pathology with an emphasis in Audiology from Denver University. She attended Boston University before moving to California to work for the Monterey County Office of Education. She relocated with her family to Boise in 1995 and began teaching in the Boise School District. She completed additional course work in Deaf Education at Idaho State University and earned a Master's degree.

Elaine Koenig attended both the University of Washington and Eastern Washington University. Upon receiving a M.S. degree in Speech Pathology from EWU in 1978, Elaine accepted a speech language pathology position with the Boise School District. This began her association with the Program for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing.
Mark Vause

Audiologist
Mark attended both Weber State and Utah State Universities. He received a dual certified Master's Degree of Science in Deaf Ed. and audiology in 1975. He taught deaf students in Boise's Jr. High and High Schools. Currently he is the full time audiologist for the school district. His work experience includes private practice and the public schools. He has served in the National Guard as an intelligence officer.
