Library Policies

• At the beginning of the year, and as new students enroll at Liberty, we review and agree to follow the rules of the library.
• Come into the library quietly and use quiet voices.
• Always walk in the library.
• After checking out a book, sit and read quietly.
• Return library books on time.
• Each student is responsible for all materials checked out in his name.
• After 30 days a book is considered lost and you will be charged for replacement.
• Handle all library material with care to avoid damage. If a book is damaged due to neglect you will be charged for replacement.
• Books are checked out for one week at a time, but can be renewed.

• Grades 1 and 2 can check out one book.
• Grades 3 - 6 can check out two books.
• Kindergartners check out one book starting after Christmas.
