Library Policies
At the beginning of the year, and as new students enroll at Liberty, we review
and agree to follow the rules of the library.
- Come into the library
quietly and use quiet voices.
- Always walk in the library.
- After checking out a book,
sit and read quietly.
- Return library books on
time.
- Each student is responsible
for all materials checked out in his name.
- After 30 days a book is
considered lost and you will be charged for replacement.
- Handle all library material
with care to avoid damage. If a book is damaged due to neglect you
will be charged for replacement.
Books are checked out for one week at a time, but can be renewed.
- Grades 1 and 2 can check
out one book.
- Grades 3 - 6 can check out
two books.
- Kindergartners check out
one book starting after Christmas.
