Other information: I was born and raised on a grain and
dairy farm in rural North Dakota. I had an early interest for working
with young children. During my high school years, I worked with young
children in church groups and during my college years I worked one
summer tutoring and supervising two young children as a nanny for a
family in New York. While growing up, I learned to love sports and
played on both a softball team and a women's volleyball team. I have
enjoyed watching my three children participate in sports throughout
their school years. Since moving to Boise, I have become a BSU Bronco
fan.
