Welcome to Mountain Cove High School

Welcome to our school website. Mountain Cove is an alternative school designed to assist students who are struggling in a traditional high school setting. Our mission is that “We help students achieve their educational potential and become contributing members of our community". One of our goals is to provide a small, safe learning environment in which we can help students improve their attitude and performance toward school and learning. To this end we believe it is imperative that all members of our learning community, including students, parents, and staff members, live the Boise School District values of respect, dignity, honesty, responsibility, and teamwork.  It is our hope that all members of our school community take shared responsibility in developing our most valued resource; our students.
