Welcome to Mountain View Elementary!  I really cannot begin to express how excited I am to work in such a positive and caring school community!  I am so pleased to work with each of you, your child (ren) and this talented faculty and staff.  This is an amazing school and we are sure that the 2010-11 school year will be another exciting and productive year for our students.  We continue to be so proud of our students and their accomplishments!

It is our goal to meet each child’s needs in a kind, caring and supportive way. Education is most successful when a strong partnership exists between the community and the school. I encourage you to visit your children's classrooms often, attend school activities, and lend a helping hand as a school volunteer. We love to have parents here at school to join in the fun and the hard work! The staff at Mountain View welcome your active participation in the education of your children. We fully believe that "What Children Learn and What They Become Depends Largely Upon How They Feel About Themselves."
