3.  Begin typing or writing your speech with ALL the sections necessary.  Follow the Formula for Writing Speeches.

1.  Library:  Finish typing your speech with all the sections as described in the Formula for Writing Speeches.  LABEL THE SECTIONS IN THE MARGINS WHEN FINISHED.
