Riverside
Elementary School is associated with a very active Parent-Teacher
Organization (PTO). The PTO sponsors numerous cultural, academic,
and social events throughout the school year. They also take on
charitable activities such as organizing a food drive during the
holiday season, and purchasing school supplies and clothing for needy
students. In addition, the PTO supports the Art Moms and Dads
Program by providing supplies and volunteers. Furthermore, the
Riverside PTO assists in funding learning materials for classroom
activities and provides bus transportation for classroom field
trips. The support of Riverside’s PTO plays an essential part in
the education of our children.
If you are interested in joining Riverside’s PTO please
contact the school office. PTO Meetings are held at 12:00 p.m. in the
Riverside Library.
