of Timberline. The focus of the Career Center is to assist
students in planning for their lives after high school. Below

There are books, catalogs, pamphlets, flyers, CDs and other
resources in the Career Center that are free or available for
check out.
- The Princeton Review –The Best 311 Colleges: An
excellent handbook that ranks academics, politics, social
life, quality of life, cafeteria food, dormitories and much
more.
- The Princeton Review – The Complete Book of Colleges:
Includes more than 1,400 college profiles that include admission
requirements, tuition, fees, and other costs, housing, libraries,
laboratories, and extracurricular activities.
- The College Board – The Scholarship Handbook: In-depth
details on scholarship tips for avoiding scholarship scams,
and advice from experts on paying for college.
- The College Board – College Costs &Financial Aid
Handbook: Includes itemized costs, average financial
aid packages, payment plans, application procedures, and
indexes to colleges that offer tuition and/or waivers,
special cost-reducing payment plans, and scholarships based
