Welcome to White Pine Elementary School’s Counselor Webpage!

I am excited to start my first year at White Pine and am anxious to get to know all of the wonderful students and parents! I will be visiting all of the classrooms throughout the school year presenting lessons on academics, conflict management, safe choices, and career. Please ask your student what we did for the week and look for papers and projects to home for each unit. In addition to being in the classroom, I also have the opportunity to work with students in small group settings and on an individual basis. Another part of my job that I enjoy is that I get an opportunity to work with you, the parent, with Parent Education, community referrals, and helping find ways to make your students educational experience more positive and successful. Educational background and experience: MS Secondary Education, Idaho State University, M.Ed. School Counseling from Northwest Nazarene University. Entering my 14th year as a school counselor.
