are provided by our full time audiologist. A variety of clinical
audiological services are available throughout the Boise School
system and are available for enrolled students ages three
through high school. |

Comprehensive hearing evaluations:
- Pure tone air and bone conduction testing
- Soundfield testing
- Speech audiometry
- Central auditory processing testing
- Tympanometry
- Otoacoustic Emissions testing
- Electroacoustical analysis of hearing aids
- Real ear measurement
- Differential diagnosis of hearing loss
- Hearing testing and screening for the difficult to test
populations

- Auditory trainers and soundfield systems for classroom
use
- Minor service for hearing aids and auditory trainers
- Assistance in program placements

- Consultations concerning effects of hearing loss

Services are initiated through a referral
process by the neighborhood school.
Our audiologist has 28 years of experience working in the
Boise School system as both a clinical and educational audiologist.
A member of the American Speech, Language and Hearing Association
(ASHA) and the Idaho Speech Language and Hearing Association,
he holds Bachelors and Masters degrees of Science in Audiology
and has a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology
(CCC-A) from the ASHA.
