- PDF: Most of our help documents are in PDF format. If
you need to download and install the free reader please go to Adobe
download first.
- Videos: We are adding video tutorials to supplement
PDF documents. If a video is available, a clickable "Video
Version" will be to the right of the PDF tutorial. These
videos do not require sound.
- Please select a topic from the navigation choices
on your left.
Hardware - Phones, printers, projectors and
other "solid" objects.
Software - Programs that enable computer systems to function
and applications that do real work for users. For example: Windows,
MS Office, anti-virus.
Server Software - Applications that do real work
for users but are run from our servers rather than an individual's
computer. For example: SASI, Novell.
Web Based - Information and/or applications made available
via our Intranet or the Internet. For example: GroupWise e-mail. Also included
are documents pertaining to web related topics such as browsers,
spyware,
Adobe Acrobat, etc.
- Select from the list of topics
in the sub-menus. A list of help document
choices will appear in this window for you to select from.
- If you require further assistance, District employees may
contact the Boise School District IT Helpdesk at 854-6670.
- Boise District employees may submit tutorials to be considered for inclusion
in the Knowledge Base. These may be new or revised or may be a recommendation
to delete a tutorial.
