Sponsored by the Boise and West Ada School Districts, the goal of the Virtual Transition Fair (VTF) is to provide transition age (15-21) students with disabilities and their families with information on education, employment, independent living, self-advocacy, assistive technology services, and programs available to assist in planning for life after high school.
Open to all Southwest Idaho Regional Special Education Staff, Families & Students with IEPs and 504s in grade 9 through age 21 still in school.
The Virtual Transition Fair includes an exciting and engaging schedule of community based organizations and local support services that will present students and families with valuable information regarding the transition after high school.
