Trustee Election Information

The seven members of the Boise School Board of Trustees maintain legal control of the Boise School District and are elected to staggered six-year terms by District residents.  To be eligible for election, a Board candidate must be at least 18 years of age, a resident and registered voter of the District, and have no direct or indirect interest in District contracts.  Elections are held every two years on the first Tuesday in September with Trustees being elected at large. The next Trustee Election of the Boise School Board will be held on Tuesday, September 6, 2022.
