We welcome you as a part of the classified staff of the Boise School District. If you have questions, please call or email the contact provided in your new hire email.
 Required Forms
Please complete the following forms:
  • Optional: Please also bring in your COVID-19 vaccination record if you have received your vaccine. Please note, vaccination records will only be used to implement the District's pandemic operation plans. They will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to any external entity or anyone within the district without operational need.
 Additional Documents for Specific Positions
  • Under 18 years old
  • Avid Tutors
  • Special Education Assistant, Behavior Interventionist
    • Training Agreement
    • Transcripts (unofficial accepted) showing at least 48 college credits OR Paraprofessional Praxis Test Results
  • Employees transferring from another Idaho school district
  • Food and Nutrition Services

 What's Next?
Once you have completed all requirements, please be aware of the following:
  • Benefited employees (20+ hours/week) will be contacted via email with regards to benefit enrollment
  • You will receive login information for Aesop, the District's Substitute Placement and Absence Management system
  • You will be provided with a District Email (offered through Google Apps for Education and accessed through Gmail) and District computer network login
    • Your email address will be (so long the email address is available): [email protected]
    • Your default password will be: employee ID number followed by Bsd; example: 123456Bsd
  • You will be mailed (to your home address) information on how to access Employee Online (available on the Boise District Intranet) where you can view your pay stub, update your mailing address, add your emergency contact information, and more
