School Health Tips:
For the safety of all students...

*  Please keep phone numbers current with the school office, especially emergency numbers.

*  Let the Health Office Staff know when the health of your child changes.  This includes new allergies.  This will allow the school to provide the best care for your child.

*  When your child gets an immunization booster, send a copy of it to the school nurse.  This will be included it on his or her health record.

*  Please read the medication procedure found in the school handbook.  Remember that for the safety of all students, medication must be brought in the original container and kept in the health office.

*  If your child has a fever, vomiting, diarrhea, bad cough or rash, please keep them home for 24 hours after these symptoms have resolved.

*  If you have questions don't hesitate to call the school nurse.
