 End of Semester Schedule and Calendar Changes
 
Boise, ID -- 11/02/2020 -- In an effort to accommodate more in-person learning for all students prior to the Winter Holiday Break, the Boise School District is making changes to the District’s current school year calendar. As part of this change, secondary schools will operate under a condensed straight schedule with all class periods meeting for shorter periods of time. The changes are as follows: 
 
Calendar Change Summary:
  • Friday, December 18 - No early release for secondary students (grades 7-12). Full day of instruction for students in grades Pre-K-12. 
  • Monday, December 21 - In-person instruction for students that typically report for in-person instruction on Wednesdays and Fridays. Early Release for students in grades K-12. No school Pre-K.
  • Tuesday, December 22 - In-person instruction for students that typically report for in-person instruction on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Early Release for students in grades K-12. No school Pre-K.
