Board Meeting Agenda

The Boise School District Board of Trustees is providing a Comment Form as a way for patrons to give public comments on board agenda discussion items.
Per Board Policy 1441, the Board will not accept comments that are personally directed, abusive, obscene, repetitive, or irrelevant, and the comments may only be in reference to current agenda items.
If the Board chooses to discuss public comments on a particular agenda item during a Board meeting, your name, address, and comments may be read aloud and will be part of the official record of the Board meeting.
A link to the Comment Form will be made available here once the meeting agenda is posted.

Due to COVID-19 health protocols and state physical distancing guidelines, the capacity at the District Service Center is extremely limited. The meeting will be live-streamed. We ask people to participate virtually if possible to ensure that in-person space is available to those without access to technology. Twenty (20) members of the public will be able to physically attend the meeting. Seats will be assigned to members of the public who contact the Clerk of the Board before the meeting ( If any seats are not assigned ahead of time, they will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. All in-person attendees will be required to comply with all District, city, county, and state Covid-19 protocols, guidelines, and Orders. This includes wearing a mask. No posters or signs will be allowed in the Boardroom, but are allowed on the North entrance to the building. 
  Written public comments may be submitted for Board consideration to The Boise School District Public Comments Form linked here by 12:00 pm Monday. Oral comments from the public will not be received.
Please be aware that Idaho's Open Meeting laws do not require the opportunity for written or oral public comments.
