How to Use Our Online Menus – MealViewer

1. Click here to view our MealViewer Menus.

2. Search or select your school from the list.

3. Use the green dropdown menu at the top of the page to choose your menu type:
   Breakfast, Lunch, or Supper

4. Hover over any menu item to view details such as:

   • Nutrients

   • Allergens

To View Allergens in Detail:

1. Click the Allergens tab at the top left corner of the page.

2. Select any allergen(s) of concern to highlight which menu items contain them.

To View Detailed Carbohydrate Info:

1. Click the INFO tab at the top left corner of the page.

2. Look for the black Nutrition Calculator tile on the left and click "Let’s add it up."

3. Use the upper right corner to select:

   • Date

   • Meal type (breakfast, lunch, etc.)

4. Select food items and adjust portion sizes to get a personalized carbohydrate total.
