Welcome to the Boise School District Student Records Department.

To ensure you receive the quickest service, please follow the guidelines below based on your current status.

Third-Party Verifications

Companies or agencies requiring graduation verification must submit their requests through the Parchment platform.

Current Students

Academic and personal data for currently enrolled students are maintained at their individual school sites. • Action Needed: Please contact your school’s front office or registrar directly to obtain or update your information. • Transcripts: Some high schools use Naviance for current student transcript requests.

Alumni & Former Students

Once you have graduated, you are considered "Alumni" and must use our secure online partner, Parchment, to order transcripts. • How to Order: Visit Parchment.com to set up an account and use your legal name while attending school. • Delivery: Transcripts can be sent securely to colleges, universities, employers, or individuals of your choice and are completed usually within 48 hours.
