Boise School District will provide free, full-day kindergarten district-wide beginning next school year (2022-2023 school year). Each year, each elementary school in the District holds Kindergarten Registration/Open House to welcome incoming kindergarten students and their families. At Kindergarten Registration/Open House, which was held on March 3, 2022, families:
- Met teachers and staff at your child's school
- Learned how to prepare your child for full-day kindergarten
- Received a free Kindergarten Readiness Packet
- Explored exciting summer learning opportunities

Boise School District is currently accepting Kindergarten Registration for the 2022-2023 school year. You may register your Kindergarten student using our online Kindergarten Registration System.
